The basic idea of the concept is to work with the pattern of the context. Therefore the block is divided into two new fields, corresponding of the scale exisiting blocks. In the same sense the new street is linked to the exisiting street system. The building units follow the surrounding historic houses in size and chracter and suggest in appearance the image of a villa - which one can see from the surrounding renovated examples is rather successful.

The concept places modern villas along the street - facing towards the south-west. They are large enough function in different ways of functions: from one- and two-story appartments to 3-4story townhouses and office spaces (even loft spaces are possible). The ground-floors have direct access to the outside and the green areas are seperated from the public by an approximately 1,60 m high greenery.
