The building is designed as a slightly suspended looking pavillion. The internal spacial arrangement reacts to two sides - to the park with the exhibition spaces and to the entrance with the meeting rooms and the café. A linear stair case leads to the upper floor - its plan shows the interesting duality of spacial orientation.

The façades are planned to be made of glass in order to open the view to the park and to draw people to the entrance. The closed parts will consist of black glossy enamel panels. The interior materials are steel and glass and raw construction details.

The steel and reinforced concrete structure follows a grid of 5m - it is designed to support a cost and time efficient assembly and the flexiblity to change partitions and spaces during usage.
