Our design is dominated by a linear connecting ciculation element, which defines a space in front of the main entrance and enhances the orientation in- and outside the building. While the new spaces follow the geometry of the existing structure (orthogonally to the linear element) the overall image of the extension was to be lighter and more transparent.
